Staying at Banken was quite an experience! The charming blend of historical features, like the magnificent staircase and old bank vault, paired with modern amenities made it delightful. During my stay, I found the room to be quite cramped, which made it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. The lack of visible staff was concerning, as there was no one available to assist when I had questions. the check-in process was confusing, requiring me to stand outside in the rain for a while before I could enter the hotel and find my room.

Ja, no, service was on point! Got a call to check my arrival time, smooth check-in with codes, and loved the 24/7 tea and coffee—lekker! The decor with that bank vibe was so cool, felt like history, man!
Only downside was the room was quite small, bit tight for a proper chill.
